Two heart-shaped leaves face one another from separate vases. Both are alive, both are reaching, yet only one is sustained. One vessel is full, the waterline generous and visible; the other holds only a trace, just enough to delay collapse. The work reflects the imbalance of care in a relationship where love is present on both sides, but nourishment is not equally given. It asks how long affection can survive when one heart is continually fed and the other is left to ration hope.
